• Minimum group size: 15 passengers are required for a confirmed departure.
• Group composition: Travellers are mainly Singaporean and Malaysian, accompanied by a Malaysian or Singaporean tour leader.
• Included meals: 8 breakfasts, 1 lunch and 6 dinners. Half-board meals apply on selected days; some days include breakfast only.
• Sightseeing and admissions: Schönbrunn Palace entrance is specifically included. Other listed visits follow the itinerary; please confirm any separate admission inclusions when booking.
• Shopping: Parndorf Designer Outlet is subject to opening hours and unexpected closures. If no similar alternative is available, there will be no replacement.
• Itinerary changes: Tours, sightseeing sequence, meals, flights and hotels may change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond the operator’s control. Lunches and dinners may be interchanged.
• Attraction availability: An alternative will be arranged where possible if a scheduled attraction or activity is unavailable.
• Accommodation: Hotel locations may change during major events, and specific bedding requests are not guaranteed. The Day 9 city and hotel may change according to the final flight details.
• Flights: Some flights may involve a transit. Groups may be assigned to different flights or departure times due to limited availability. Contact us to confirm the departure airport, airline, schedule and airfare inclusions.
