Important Tour Information

- Minimum group size: 15 passengers are required for a confirmed departure.
- Group composition: Travellers are mainly Singaporean and Malaysian, accompanied by a Malaysian or Singaporean tour leader.
- Included meals: 8 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 2 dinners. Half-board meals apply on selected days; some days include breakfast only.
- Glacier Express seasonal suspension: No service from 11 October to 4 December 2026. A regular train will be used if the Glacier Express is unavailable.
- CabriO cable car: Subject to seasonal operation and availability. No replacement is arranged if it is closed or unavailable, as stated in the programme.
- Selected departure benefits: Complimentary first-class scenic train and hotel upgrades apply only to eligible dates. The train upgrade is also subject to availability.
- Itinerary changes: The sequence of visits, meals and hotels may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Lunches and dinners may be interchanged.
- Attraction availability: An alternative will be arranged where possible if a scheduled attraction is unavailable; the separate CabriO condition applies.
- Accommodation: Hotel locations may change during major conferences, fairs and festivals, and specific bedding requests are not guaranteed.

Is Jungfraujoch included?
The itinerary includes a stay in the Jungfrau region and an excursion to Schilthorn. It does not list a Jungfraujoch excursion as an included visit.
Does the tour visit Zermatt?
Yes. The itinerary includes leisure time in Zermatt, the car-free village at the foot of the Matterhorn, with time to explore its shops, cafés and streets.
What accommodation is included?

A regular train will replace it. The stated 2026 suspension period is 11 October to 4 December 2026.
What happens if the CabriO cable car is closed?
The CabriO experience is subject to seasonal operation and availability. The programme states that no replacement will be arranged if it is closed or unavailable.
What is the minimum group size?
