Nepal Airline is incorporated on July 1, 1958, as Royal Nepal Airlines. It is the oldest carrier in the country offering services to 23 domestic and eight international destinations. It started its service with one Douglas DC-3 and it was offering services to limited cities. After years, more airliners added to the airline’s fleet. In 1972, the airline acquired its first jet aircraft, Boeing 727s. Nepal Airlines acquired two Airbus A330-200 jets in 2018 and currently, the airline operates a fleet of thirteen aircraft by July 2018.
